This paper aims to present an overview on the wavemakers used to generate waves inside a numerical wave tank taking into consideration the biphasic air-water aspect of the incident wave. Wave markers are used to simulate the flow dynamic behaviour in the Oscillating Water Column (OWC) for wave energy conversion.
